· We employ two full-time, in-house pattern  makers
· All patterns are created using sophisticated CAD software

Prototype
· Prototypes are sewn in our full-staffed sample department
· A "run-of-sizes" is always done to check both the grading specifications
· and any pre-production issues

Sewing
· Our bright and spacious sewing facilities are run with only the most ethical
